  • Non-commercial derivative works (such as illustrations, fan publications/doujinshi, merchandise, and cosplay)

🔴 NG

  • Reposting or using official materials (images, audio, BGM, logos, etc.) without modification
  • Any conduct that may mislead others into thinking it is official (such as impersonating official accounts or using official logos to make unauthorized products appear official)
  • Uses that are difficult to stop or prevent in the event of inappropriate utilization by a third party (such as datasets for generative AI training, turning works into NFTs, or distributing 3D avatars)
  • Defamation, discrimination, leaks, modifications, disclosure of personal information, excessive expressions that cause discomfort to others, political or religious claims, expressions against public order and morals, or any other behavior that is clearly inappropriate by common standards

These Guidelines set forth the rules for derivative works related to “Drunken Goddess Reflux.”

All derivative works must follow both the Alliance Arts Inc. Content Creation Guidelines (https://alliance-arts.co.jp/en/guidelines/) and these Guidelines.

These Guidelines take priority in case of conflict between the two.

1. Derivative Works

Non-commercial derivative works by individuals are allowed and do not require prior notice.

Corporate use or any use exceeding the scope of non-commercial activities (such as commercial use) requires contacting us in accordance with the General Guidelines.

[Prohibited Activities]

  • Direct use of in-game assets (images, recorded audio/BGM/SE, etc.), or using them through scanning, tracing, etc., for derivative works.
  • Reposting official materials without modification, or reposting another person’s work without originality.
  • Using expressions that may mislead others into believing the content is official (e.g., impersonating official accounts, using official logos without authorization).
  • Content that significantly damages or disparages the reputation or credit of this work, the staff, Alliance Arts Inc., or any real individual or organization.
  • Defaming, discriminating, harassing, or promoting/inciting such acts.
  • Circumventing, removing, or altering technical protection measures implemented in the game (e.g., modification, data mining, or analysis).
  • Creating or publishing works using pre-release or leaked information.
  • Using in-game assets as training data for generative AI.
  • Turning assets from this work or derivative works based on this work into NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), and acts related to their sale or distribution.
  • Distributing or selling 3D model data recognized as identical to the characters of this work to third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge, as well as publishing or uploading such data in a state where others can use, download, or replicate it.
  • Any other use reasonably deemed significantly inappropriate by Alliance Arts Inc. based on socially accepted norms. (e.g., use against public order and morals, use involving political or religious claims, use that infringes or may infringe upon the rights of others, etc.)

2. Disclaimer and Enforcement

These Guidelines are intended to support smooth derivative work activities and do not constitute any warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alliance Arts Inc. is not liable for any results or any loss or damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or lost profits) arising out of or in connection with such activities.

Violations of these Guidelines may result in requests for removal or suspension of use.

These Guidelines are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to this title belong to Alliance Arts Inc. or the respective rights holders.

The permission granted under these Guidelines is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license.

All rights not expressly granted under these Guidelines are reserved by Alliance Arts Inc.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Guidelines are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court having exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.

5. Language Priority

These translations may be provided in multiple languages; however, the Japanese version prevails in case of any discrepancies between the versions.
