🎁 We are looking for your “Yunyun Unhinged Posts”!

  • Your text will be implemented into the rhythm game portion of the game!
  • Your name will be featured in the game’s ending credits!

✅ Submission Guidelines

  • An “unhinged post” expressing your obsessive love for “Yunyun,” just like Qtie.
  • Character count: Between 400 and 2,000 characters.
  • Any of the 15 languages supported by the game is acceptable!
  • The content must be about the in-game character “Yunyun.”
  • It must be a completely original text written by you.

❌ Prohibited Content (What NOT to do)

  • Submissions containing slander, discrimination, or excessively violent or sexual expressions.
  • Content that attacks or identifies real individuals or organizations.
  • Promotion or advertising of content other than “Yunyun.”

⚠️ Please Note!

  • After a strict selection process by the development team, approximately 5 selected works will be implemented in the game and credited in the staff roll. (Please note that not everyone will be selected!)
  • Submitted texts and usernames may be partially excerpted, checked for typographical errors, or have unrenderable characters (e.g., emojis) removed to accommodate the game’s specifications.
  • We will not contact you individually even if your text is selected. The final selection will be revealed upon the game’s official release.

Legal Terms and Conditions

This campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is conducted as a pre-release promotional event for Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis. To participate in this Campaign, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Minors must obtain legally valid consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participating. By submitting an entry, minors are deemed to have obtained parental consent. Individuals who do not agree to these Terms, as well as minors who have not obtained parental consent, may not participate in this Campaign.

[Eligibility and Minors]

The following age restrictions apply to this Campaign:

– Residents of the United States under the age of 13 are not eligible to participate.

– If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and obtain their consent to participate. By submitting an entry, you represent that you have obtained such consent.

 

Article 1: Definitions

  • “Company”: Refers to Alliance Arts Inc.
  • “Game”: Refers to Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis.
  • “Applicant”: Refers to any individual submitting an entry to this Campaign.
  • “Submission”: Refers to the text submitted by the Applicant to this Campaign.
  • “Terms”: Refers to these Terms and Conditions governing the Campaign.

Article 2: Submission Guidelines and Eligibility

  • Submission Period: From Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 23:59 (JST).
  • Submission Location: Designated channels on the Official Discord server and Official QQ Group.
  • Text Requirements:
    • Must be between 400 and 2,000 characters in length.
    • Must be written in one of the 15 languages supported by the Game (texts will be implemented exactly in the language submitted, without translation by the Company).
    • Must be an “unhinged post” expressing deep affection for “Yunyun,” similar to Qtie.
    • Must be an original work created entirely by the Applicant.
  • Applicants may submit multiple times; however, each post must contain only one Submission.
  • Upon submission, Applicants must comply with the Terms of Service of Discord Inc. or Tencent, as applicable, as well as the laws and regulations of the Applicant’s country or region of residence.

Article 3: In-Game Implementation and Credits

  1. The Company shall, at its sole discretion, conduct a selection process and implement only a limited number of Submissions (approximately 5 entries planned) in the Game and include the respective Applicants’ pen names in the credits. The Company does not guarantee the selection, implementation, or crediting of all Submissions.
  2. The Company’s development team will review the Submissions and select texts to be implemented in the Game. Individual notifications of selection will not be sent; the official release of the Game shall serve as the announcement.
  3. Due to game specifications, UI (User Interface) limitations, and presentation requirements, Submissions may be partially excerpted for implementation.
  4. “In principle, Submissions will be implemented as written. However, the Applicant agrees that the Company may make necessary modifications to the text—such as correcting obvious typographical errors or removing/substituting unrenderable characters (e.g., emojis)—provided that such modifications do not maliciously distort the original intent of the work.
  5. For the name listed in the credits, you must use a pen name (handle name). Do not include real names or any other personally identifiable information. In principle, the name provided at the time of submission will be used, and requests for changes will not be accepted.
  6. If the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a username violates the prohibited acts under these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, the Company reserves the right to withhold listing the name in the credits or to partially censor it.
  7. The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to remove or modify any Submission or credited name—even after the Game’s release—if it is subsequently found to violate these Terms or if the Company deems such action necessary for operational reasons.

Article 4: Prohibited Acts

The Company strictly prohibits submitting texts containing the following content or engaging in the following actions. Submissions determined by the Company to fall under any of these categories will be immediately disqualified:

  • Content containing, promoting, or inciting slander, discrimination, or harassment.
  • Content featuring excessive violence, explicit sexual depictions, or expressions offensive to public order and morals.
  • Content that attacks, criticizes, or identifies real-world individuals, organizations, races, religions, etc.
  • Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights (e.g., plagiarism or unauthorized reproduction of third-party works).
  • Content promoting existing media, commercial products, or services other than Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis.
  • Including personal information such as your own or a third party’s real name, address, phone number, or email address within the submitted text.
  • Any other content reasonably determined by the Company to be highly inappropriate according to socially accepted standards.

Article 5: Intellectual Property Rights and Indemnification

  1. The copyright of the Submission shall remain with the Applicant. However, the Applicant grants the Company and third parties designated by the Company a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use the Submission (including, but not limited to, implementing it into the Game, reproducing, publicly transmitting, adapting, excerpting, and modifying it). Furthermore, the Applicant agrees not to assert or exercise any moral rights regarding the Submission against the Company or its designees.
  2. In the event of any claims, demands, or disputes from third parties arising out of or related to a breach of these Terms by the Applicant (including but not limited to copyright infringement), the Applicant shall resolve such matters at their own responsibility and expense, and shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any resulting damages or losses.

Article 6: Handling of Personal Information

Alliance Arts Inc. (the “Company”) shall handle personal information (such as pen names/nicknames and submission text) collected through this Campaign as follows:

Purpose of Use: The collected information will be used solely for the purposes of selection for this Campaign, implementation within the Game, and displaying credits in the staff roll.

International Data Transfer: You acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be transferred to and stored on servers located in Japan, and will be strictly managed by the Company.

Exercise of Rights: If a participant wishes to request the deletion of their personal information or withdraw their consent, they may contact the Company through official channels (such as the official Discord server).

Article 7: Disclaimer of Liability

  • Applicants are solely responsible for any internet connection fees and communication charges incurred while participating in this Campaign.
  • The Company assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred by the Applicant arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Campaign, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Article 8: Breach of Terms

If an Applicant is found to be in violation of these Terms, the Company may, at its sole discretion, take actions including, but not limited to, disqualification from the selection process, forced removal or banning from the Official Discord/QQ groups, and prohibiting participation in future projects.

Article 9: Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary. In such events, the Company will notify Applicants via announcements on the Official Discord or other appropriate channels.

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version of these Terms and any translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
