All streaming, video distributing or posting, and derivative works must follow both the Alliance Arts Inc. Content Creation Guidelines (https://alliance-arts.co.jp/en/guidelines/) and these Guidelines.

1.Game Streaming & Video Posting

Streaming or posting “Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis” gameplay is allowed for individuals and corporations, commercial or not, as long as the prohibited activities below are avoided.
Monetization features (e.g., YouTube Partner Program, Twitch Affiliate, etc.) are permitted and do not, by themselves, automatically make content commercial.
Please mark major story content or key scenes as “Contains Spoilers” to show consideration for new players.

• Violating platform terms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch).
• Posting or disclosing pre-release or leaked content without permission.
• Revealing personal or sensitive information without lawful basis or consent.
• Any other use reasonably deemed socially inappropriate by Alliance Arts Inc.

2.Derivative Works

Non-commercial derivative works by individuals are allowed.
Corporate or commercial use requires contact per the General Guidelines.
Direct use of in-game music, audio, lyrics (including rips, stems, loops, and samples) is prohibited.
Arrangements, covers, or other uses may need separate permission from rights holders; such rights are not granted by these Guidelines.
Works that defame, discriminate, harass, or harm the reputation of rights holders are prohibited, as is any use reasonably deemed socially inappropriate by Alliance Arts Inc.

3.Disclaimer and Enforcement

These Guidelines are intended to support content creation and do not constitute any warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alliance Arts Inc. is not liable for any results or any loss or damages arising out of or in connection with such activities.
Violations may result in content removal or suspension.
