This Beta Test (hereinafter referred to as the “Test”) is conducted for the purpose of final adjustments prior to the official release of Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis (hereinafter the “Game”). Participation in the Test requires acceptance of this Agreement. Minors may only participate with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Those who do not agree to this Agreement, or minors who do not have the consent of their parent or legal guardian, cannot participate in the Test.

Article 1. Definitions
“Company”: Refers to Alliance Arts Inc.
“Game”: Refers to Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis.
“Tester”: Refers to individuals participating in the Test.
“Agreement”: Refers to this Beta Test Participation Agreement.
“Official Discord”: Refers to the official Discord server of Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis, which will serve as the platform for the Test.

Article 2. Scope of Application
Testers must comply with this Agreement. As the Test will be conducted through the Official Discord, Testers are also required to comply with the Terms of Service and other rules established by Discord Inc.

Article 3. Conduct of the Test
The Test will be conducted using a beta version of the Game for Steam. Testers shall cooperate with the Company by reporting on the Game’s content and any defects encountered.
As the Test uses a development version, instability in performance and changes in specifications may occur.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Test period. The Company shall bear no liability if continuation of the Test becomes impossible due to system failures on Discord’s side or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Article 4. Eligibility
Participation in the Test is limited to those who have an environment capable of playing the Steam version of Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis.

Article 5. Consent to Agreement
By filling out the consent confirmation section in the Beta Test application form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScLgQmhSrYgCtGk0EuAmDijbw3Q3Gkgfm-dSHfeqbVGCZ9k_A/viewform?usp=header and submitting the application, the applicant is deemed to have expressly consented to this Agreement.

Article 6. Disclaimer
The Tester acknowledges that the Test and the Game are provided “as is.” Except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the Test, including but not limited to data loss or device malfunctions.

Article 7. Handling of Feedback
Feedback shall be provided via a designated Google Form.
Any proposals, ideas, or opinions submitted to the Company through the Test, including posts made on the Official Discord, shall be deemed granted to the Company as a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use such content. The Tester shall remain free to use such content themselves.
The Company shall not be obligated to provide individual responses to submissions.

Article 8. Treatment of Test Data
Any play data recorded during the Test will not be carried over to the official release version.

Article 9. Prohibited Conduct
The following acts are strictly prohibited:
Providing beta codes to any third party.
Disclosing or posting any content of the beta version (including but not limited to music, charts, and video materials) outside the Official Discord, unless expressly authorized by the Company.
Participation in the Test for business activities or profit-making purposes (including preparatory acts thereof).
Any conduct that violates this Agreement or other rules established by the Company.

Article 10. Measures for Breach
If a violation of this Agreement is confirmed, the Company may take measures including, but not limited to:
Removal from the Official Discord.

Prohibition of participation in the Test and any future related projects.
In the event of a serious violation, the Company may take appropriate legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 11. Amendments
The Company may, as necessary, amend the contents of this Agreement. In such cases, Testers will be notified via postings on the Official Discord or other appropriate means.

Article 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Test shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version of this Agreement and any translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
